K1 my second home – stands for “living like home”. The specially designed new building was structured and furnished so that all tenants feel at home from the first day. Whether short-term guests, people looking for a new challenge in Munich or students, the K1 provides the all-round carefree package for the highest living standards. The solid construction with bricks, the specially developed energy concept, the increased sound insulation, the high-quality carpentry built-in furniture, professional kitchens with granite worktop and the home automation system at the highest level contribute to an absolute feel-good climate. All tenants have a personal contact who is not only available for rental questions, but is also happy to help you start your new home. Our studios are up to 24m² in size. All studios of the K 1 have beds with a width of 1.60 m. The space is divided into a living and sleeping area, a high quality kitchen with granite countertop and oven and a modern stylish bathroom.
