"Since the foundation of our family business in 1937, we have lived our passion for excellent sausage and ham specialties. Since then, we have obtained our raw materials from the Munich slaughterhouse. To avoid long animal transports, we now slaughter in slaughterhouses close to the region. This increases the meat quality in particular. As we value quality and freshness very highly, our supplier relationships have existed for decades."
