Our innovative approach is concentrated on what you need. All our apartments offers high quality box spring beds, a fully equipped kitchenette, flat screen TV's as well as complimentary WIFI and modern bathrooms. Located in the centre of Martinsried, the public transport is well connected. The hospital "Klinikum Grosshadern", the University Campus Martinsried and the famous Max-Planck-Institute are within walking distance. In 25 minutes, you can get right to the "Marienplatz" in the historic city centre of Munich. Our service: - Weekly room cleaning and sheet changing. - Complimentary high speed internet access. - Service desk available 24 hours during the week. Saturdays and Sundays from 07:00 am until 10:30 pm. - Complimentary "Welcome Set" with shampoo and body lotion. - Fresh snacks, coffee and beverage vending machines provided by Dallmayr Munich. - Parking garage for a fee. Other: - For stays longer than 12 nights, a final cleaning fee of 40,00 EUR will apply. - For stays longer than 30 nights, a final cleaning fee of 90,00 EUR will apply. - Small and middle sized dogs are welcome for a fee of 5,00 EUR per night. - Parking at our garage is available for 6,00 EUR per night.
