The Alster River ties together Henstedt-Ulzburg – the largest community in the entire state of Schleswig-Holstein – with the City of Hamburg. But this isn’t the only connection with Hamburg: in May 2016 residents were joyous in welcoming a new Schweinske restaurant to their city. The Schweinske is notable for its modern design and comfortable feel. The large outdoor terrace welcomes guests to relax and enjoy a delicious delicacy or homemade soft drink by lovely weather.
