Warm Welcome to CineHotel Maroni Have you ever dreamed about waking up next to a movie-star and have breakfast among the who is who of Hollywood ? Then this is the right place for you to be. We wish you a very warm welcome to CineHotel Maroni and sincerely hope you had a pleasant journey arriving here today ! ... Why actually the name CineHotel ? because from 1913 to the 1960's the building was a cinema. In the 1960's, a supermarket moved into the building, and later a video rental shop. In 2005 the building was demolished and the Hotel was built on the original foundation, with the aim of bringing back memories of the golden ages of Hollywood! And when you wish to experience the big cinema feeling, just close your eyes, listen to the sound tracks, and imagine yourself back in the days when you were 6 years old, for the first time you are sitting in front of the big screen with your eyes wide open in amazement waiting for the Movie to start! Do you remember the movie you watched for the first time in a Cinema? Mine was Disney's Cap and Capper... Why is the Hotel called Maroni? Have a look around Zirndorf. In autumn, you see Maroni's (Chestnuts) everywhere... Beautiful Chestnut trees decorate the city just like the one you see in front of the Hotel, on the market square.
