Inspired by classic dishes of French haute cuisine, the team around chef Sascha Kemmerer conjures up creations with their very own culinary identity. At the heart of these creations are the highest product quality and honest, skilful craftsmanship. The restaurant is located in the fascinating mountain world of the Kleinwalsertal valley. With a view of the impressive peaks of the Austrian Alps and surrounded by elegant, stylish furnishings, the fine flavours of the authentic and sauce-focused cuisine can be enjoyed particularly well.
