Tradition and innovation complement each other in our mustard production. Over 30 varieties of varieties pamper your palate. Regionally grown ingredients are processed into plum mustard, quince mustard, fig mustard, "Hot Otto" or Stortebekermustard. In the farm shop with adjoining outdoor seating, you can try all types or enjoy a coffee specialty. There are guided tours twice a day.
