The approx. 100m ² apartment extends over 2 floors, is fully tiled and equipped with underfloor heating. It has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (1x 140cm, 1x 180cm and 1x 200cm wide), the beds are made upon arrival. I am happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair. In addition to the well-equipped fitted kitchen with fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, kettle and toaster, the kitchen also has a large dining table. There are also 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, hand and shower towels are available in sufficient quantities. In addition to comfortable seating, games and books as well as a flat-screen TV, blue-ray player and radio with CD player are available in the living room. Internet access via WiFi is available. The apartment has a garden with seating and a grill, which is only used by you. Parking spaces are available directly at the house. You can use the washing machine and dryer.
