Opened in spring 2011, the D.a.s. Design Apartment House Stuttgart is located in Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen. The art nouveau building was completely restored. The 9 design apartments are equipped with modern and exclusive leather furniture, fully featured kitchens, flat-TVs in living and sleeping area and everything you need for a comfortable stay.A washing machine and a dryer are located in the basement. A weekly cleaning with change of bed clothes and towels are included.The city center of Stuttgart is easily reachable in only 12 min. by public transportation. The U-Bahn station in reachable in 2 min., the S-Bahn station in 7 min. Companies like Bosch, Porsche, Alcatel are all within 3 km around the apartment house, Daimler is only 8,5 km away.
