Franca e Franco is a little Italian restaurant at the edge of town. An unassuming little place which makes guests feel at ease and is perfect for meeting up with friends. Pasquale Pepe took over the Franca e Franco more than 20 years ago and has been managing it ever since with good humour and dedication. At the beginning of 2006 he gave the restaurant a face lift. It was time to bring more sunshine into everyday life. His goal was to create an atmosphere for his guests to simply relax and feel good. Italian cooking is inspired by nature. Everything is good and simple. Fresh ingredients of the highest quality. The Italian cooks grew up in this tradition and work from handed-down recipes under chef de cuisine Carmine. The menu features classic Italian dishes as well as seasonal specialities. So as one would expect, the autumn menu, for instance, has lots of dishes with ceps and truffels.
