Since 1991, when chef Jorg Scherle took over the restaurant, he bravely and creatively combines regional Swabian cuisine with a Mediterranean touch. More than 600 wines from Germany are a proof of the local wine expertise and the biggest choice of Riesling wine in the area show the unbelievable variety of this worldwide prized grape. Or you choose your "highlights" from the a la carte menu, which we constantly vary.
