In one of the favorite recreation areas in Germany there is a beautiful Condo with an apartment in Schluchsee;(980 m). The largest lake of the Black Forest gave its name to the climatic health resort. Especially friends of hiking, sailing, surfing and fishing like to stay here as our guest. The House is located in a quiet forest location on the sunny side of the Schluchsee. It offers a good comfort incl. free use of swimming pool in the House, as well as fee-based Med. Baths, massages, sauna, gym, etc. In the summer: water sports in the lake, the Beach distance is 0,8 km, swimming, surfing/sailing, scuba diving, fishing, boating. In wintertime: ride the horse-drawn sleigh through the snow-covered Black Forest, cross-country ski trail right in front of the house, Alpine skiing in Fischbach approx. 2 km away, or at Feldberg about 15 km away (by bus or car) All year around: hiking (ca. 20 km-long hiking and cycle path around the Schluchsee) experience the Black Forest with the „Konus Ticket“ with bus and train for free , Children´s playground for guests, free swimming pool use in the house, the swimming pool is closed every year 2 weeks (end of November / beginning of December) cleaning work. Equipment of the apartment (3 star DTV): First bedroom with double bed, children´s room with two beds and if required separate small-children bed. Full kitchen including hob/oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, Toaster, kettle, Handruhrgerat, Dining room: satellite-TV (flat screen), stereo system, high chair, free Internet access (Wi-Fi hot spot) in the building (common room) indoor swimming pool in the building can be used free of charge.
