Our B&B is situated outskirts of Reit im Winkl in Seegatterl, directly at the mountain foot of Winklmoosalm. This perfect location between Chiemgauer Alpen in Germany and Kitzbuheler Alpen in Austria offers endless opportunities to explore the fabulous alp nature. Typically for hikers and bikers in summer and for skiers in winter we can offer - Cross country outside the house through the garden - Ski in/ski out with 100 meters to the Winklmoosalm/Steinplatte cable car. - Ski touring trails directly form house. - Several mountain peak hiking and biking trails starting from the house. - Bathing lakes close by in a nature protected area. In short, a unique combination of "just-outside-the-door" accessible activities in a beautiful landscape.
