Sylter Royal is Germany’s only oyster farm located in the North Sea’s National Park area on the island of Sylt. Founded in 1986, the family‑run operation raises oysters on the tidal flats using “table‑cultures” and environmentally friendly methods. The farm’s fresh mussels and oysters are available in specialty packaging and are also served in a newly opened restaurant and oyster bar that hides a live‑view of the aquaculture tanks.
