Happen Poel is a mobile kitchen, a unique exclusively new built small food cart, that offers seasonable delicious dishes combining local quality products with self made sauces and pesto from local fruits and herbs. It focuses on local ingredients from producers from the region, being open for compositions with global tastes. Bratwurst (lamb and deer/wild boar), fish (fresh from local fishermen), and vegan dishes (homemade Seitan grilled on skewers and more), are being offered with equal appreciation. We receive most of our vegetables from acclaimed local organic Farmers. Happen Poel opens from March to October, from noon to 18:30.
