This spacious loft apartment (95 sqm) is located on the top floor of the former "Oscar Haussmann" winery and is perfect for an active holiday. The view from the windows offers beautiful views of the Moselle, the castle ruins and the vineyards. If you arrive by car, our private guest parking space on the street is available to you. There are three wall boxes/charging stations available for our guests' electric cars. Other plus points are the green courtyard and a separate storage room for bicycles or motorcycles. Arriving by train is just as convenient, as Traben-Trarbach is connected to the train network (train station 800 m away). Due to the location close to the center, many cafes, restaurants, wine shops, etc. can be easily reached on foot. The apartment has both the charm of a historic building and contemporary, comfortable furnishings. By opening the attic up to the ridge, we have created a special, airy impression of space. The unmistakable old building character was nevertheless preserved through the original floorboards, the solid wood doors and partially exposed slate quarry stone walls. All fixtures and most of the furniture are self-made. The apartment is divided into 3 units: in the loft unit, living, cooking, eating and sleeping (double bed) are separated by alcoves - but without doors. The bathroom and another bedroom are each separate from it. You can relax well on the comfortable corner sofa and if you bring your Fire Stick, you can watch your usual content on the TV. Of course, you have WiFi throughout the apartment. The fully equipped kitchen has: ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and hand sink. A large round dining table with comfortable upholstered chairs offers space for extensive meals and game evenings. The double bed is 180x200, has a comfortable height and a free foot end. The separate bedroom is equipped with 2 beds (each 90x200), a desk and flexible seating cubes. It has plenty of storage space and a walk-in closet. In the bathroom, our guests can enjoy the walk-in shower with rain shower. In addition to a large washbasin and a toilet, there is also a bidet and a dressing table. Shared with other guests: green courtyard with various seating areas, a dining table set and grill. The storage room for bicycles is also shared.
