Even though we no longer grind and grind, we are still very proud to be part of Lower Saxony's Mill Road. Today, we rattle pots, plates and cups and can now look back on more than 100 years of gastronomy - more than 80 of them in family ownership. There is no real "pigeonhole" into which we believe we belong. We are just like real life: far from perfect, somehow always different and yet constant, a little crazy and yet grounded, rooted in our tradition, but always looking to the future. Let yourself be enchanted by the special aura of the historic building dating back to 1434 and feel at home in the circle of our "mill spirits".
