The Frauenau Glass Museum is a bavarian state museum for the history of glass as a medium for art and culture. From antiquity to modern times the visitor can make a journey through all ages. Historical artefacts as well as contemporary glass art show the impressing variety, which is offered by this material glass. The Museum is surrounded by the Frauenau Glass Gardens, where over 30 international glass artists show monumental art in a convenient landscape park.
