About

Rodanthi is a natural history museum of the island of Crete. 1) Endemic plants, eatable, medicinal, dye and other plants used by Cretans throughout time. 2) Fossils of animals and plants that existed or still exist for millions of years in the geological arc of Crete. 3) Experiential activities related to linguistics, folklore - Cretan culture and its relation to the environment. Visitors can admire the natural dyes, smell, taste and have experiential contact with the exhibits of the Rodanthi Museum. They also have the opportunity to participate in various activities by walking in nature with experienced naturalists. Welcome to our Museum.
