The Dardouma Family brand is an exemplary family pasta laboratory, which produces a wide variety of handmade trahana and pasta.The production and standardization site is located in Southern Evia, Central Greece.Although founded in 2008, The Dardouma Family brand has 100 years of experience in handmade pasta. The tradition was passed on from generation to generation and today the dream of Grandma Maria is represented by her grandsons , brothers John & Evangelos Mallios.The lab is a gastronomic place that you can visit , which promotes Greek & local flavors.Visitors have the opportunity to experience unique gastronomic experiences that appeal directly to the senses: they can taste, smell, touch the final product and get their hands “dirty” !! Dardouma Family’s unique goal is to provide high-quality, greek cuisine!The series of handcrafted trahanas is an example of gastronomic wealth where creativity is is important and the coupling of yesterday with the present a necessity!
