Kerasma is a small local business of the Kokkinogenis family, which has been active in the area of Lindos since 2010. Our family produces traditional local sweets, and specialize on the Lindian Melekouni, the Island’s trademark delicacy. Bearing in mind the tradition and customs of our place, we produce local products, with the original and renowned recipes of Lindos. Our goal is to preserve, spread and pass on our Local culinary traditions. However, the creative tendencies of the Kokkinogenis family do not stop there. Based on our Lindian Melekouni, we proceed to the production of modern confectionery creations which aim at the development of our products and the promotion of our local culture. Our family's Traditional Workshop, with the respect that distinguishes it for our customs and traditions, tries to offer you a piece of our very own culture.
