We are a family owned business with experience in tourism and hospitality. We started operating in 1976 with Oskars Restaurant and later Oskars Studios & Apartments in Lassi Kefalonia. Built and completed at Svoronata Kefalonia in 2019, Casa De Rosa consists of 10 superior studios, 2 apartments and, 1 one-bedroom mini villa. All spacious, airy and fully equipped. Set amidst a 5 acres olive grove surrounded by peaceful landscape, they feature a pool with a non-chemical eco cleaning system. Within 200 meters there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and car & motorbike rentals. Avithos, Ammes, Agia Pelagia, Spasmata, Megali Ammos and Eglina beaches are within easy reach by foot or by car, while the nearest well-known fully organized beach of Ai Helis is only 500 meters away.
