Dear Sirs We are owners of PETRATOS APARTMENTS The compound is two buildings as picture bellow the compound is awarded from National Tourism Organization “ 4 keys “ ( maximum for rented apartments ) There are 8 apartments fully luxury 35 sq. meters each half with king size double beds and some with 2 king size double beds as pictures below. ( we can put an extra bed upon request ) Also there is an apartment 75 sq. meters with 2 bedrooms sitting room etc. The village of Karavados is aprox 10 km from Argostoli ( capital of Kefallonia island ) were is the right place for night life !!!! shopping etc. 5 Km from the compound are 3-4 big supermarkets. Each apartment is fully equipped with Air condition unit TV set Shower – toilet-bathrobes etc. Fully equipped kitchen (cultures plates etc.) Microwave oven Sitting table and chairs Linens are changed every two days Private parking area 1000 sq. meters garden area with grass and trees In the garden area the is barbeque with tables etc. Upon request we serve homemade breakfast Free Wi-Fi in all areas of the compound In the ground floor there is a big area with tables chairs etc. for relaxing All apartments have private balcony looking the sea One of the best beaches in the area is approx. 900 meters away but there are many beautiful beaches in short distance
