It is a standard bioclimatic structure that operates with renewable energy sources, such as geothermal heating and cooling via an underfloor system and aims at minimizing air pollution. Its construction has been undertaken personally by its owners, with marbles that have been used since antiquity, such as the Pentelikon (Parthenon, Acropolis), Epidaurus (Ancient Theater) and Mycenae, always with respect to the environment. Its unique location – next to the original marathon route, makes it an ideal starting point for excursions and activities, that bring visitors in contact with the nature, the art and the history of this emblematic place.
