Athens Smart Shared Home is a comfortable and recently (April 2019 and November 2016) refurbished and redecorated apartment that boasts an excellent location in a quiet residential area in the city centre of Athens. It is within walking distance of the centre and many tourist attractions. The apartment is equipped and suitable for families, a bigger group of friends, student trips... The apartment has a typical Athenian home organization and it consists of three bedrooms (Double room, Twin Room, Sextupled room) each of them with access to its own private balconies, central entrance hall, kitchen and bathrooms. The property has an excellent location in a quiet residential area in the city centre of Athens. It is within walking distance of the centre and many tourist attractions. Our Homestay welcomes all guests visiting Athens with its calm, warm family atmosphere. The organization and the size of the apartment make it easy for the guests to connect, bond, share, and feel like at home and part of a family by staying in one of our 3 guests rooms: - Double room with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), - Twin room with 2 single beds (90x200cm) - Dorm room with 2 bunk beds and 2 single beds. For comfortable and a pleasant stay, we provide all the guests with 5* high-quality cotton bedlinen and fresh towels. Each room is equipped with an air-conditioner, a central-heating system for thermal comfort, additionally to a big balcony door with access to private balconies, where you can enjoy your morning coffee/tea. Fully equipped kitchen provides you new modern cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee machine, elect. water boiler kettle, fridge, dining sets, cooking potteries... and dining table. Two newly rebuilt modern bathrooms (2019), hairdryer, iron and ironing facilities are at disposal to all the guests. For the entertainment we offer you: brand new flat TVs in each room with thousands of Greek and International digital and Satellite channels, free Netflix, Smart TV functions with YouTube and all other Android apps, a huge collection of Greek and Athens-related movies, cartoons, documentaries, video guides, digital photos and maps, helpful tips and information and useful guide app. During your stay, you can also use books, magazines from our growing library at the entrance common area, where you can also find a phone for free local and international calls. Safe boxes, private lockers and surveillance cameras secure the safety of all our guests and their valuables. For the guests’ convenience, we offer a non-stop day and night 24/7 self-check-in with a smart digital door system. The apartment is located in a residential area surrounded by many hotels, big supermarkets (Carrefour 200m, Bazaar 50m, Spar 100m), bakeries (50m), restaurants, bars and taverns (50-100m), sports' playgrounds (100m away), parks and piazzas (50-100m), church (50m). The National Archaeological Museum is just 700m away. A public bus stop is 100m away from the building: bus lines A10 and B10 go to the northern part of Athens, bus B5 takes you to the Eastern part of Athens. Only 200m from the apartment is the nearest metro station - Larissa Station on the Red Metro Line, on which lays the most important attractions and city nodes (Omonia, Syntagma, Acropolis) - the most useful line. Just 250m away from the apartment is located the Main Athens Railways station - Larissa station, from where you can take trains to any destination in Greece as well as suburban train to many destinations in the wider city limits and Piraeus port and easy access to all Cyclades islands. Free public street parking is available in front of the building. A private secured parking lot is available 100m down the street for an extra charge.
