Gaidourohora (Donkeysland) is the Greek Center for the Donkey, created in order to protect this animal and promote it as a companion and as means of therapy for disabled children. When visiting you can join a group lesson, getting to know donkeys, practice on their care and participate in extra activities with them. You can also stay and relax, have a pick nick, enjoy the calmness and beauty of nature. You can also book a donkey trekking and experience an adventure walking by the side of donkeys in the fields or hills of the area. Donkeys may carry light bags with food and drinks. Having a donkey companion is a unique experience and you will soon find out how their docile and tender character can have an amazing influence on you!
