About

Built in 1826 by Alexandrian architects,it is one of the oldest surviving buildings of that epoch in the heart of the historic center of Athens,Plaka. Since the beginning of 19th century,it has hosted rebels of Greek revolution of 1821,artists and wanderers from all over the world and even King Othon. It has neoclassical architecture and it has been proclaimed as protected monument by the state. Nowadays it is used as an inn under Acropolis.
