In a quiet area, in Alykes, in front of the sea and in direct visual contact with the incredible landscape of Pelion and the urban fabric of the enchanting Volos city, the modern ecological “IKIES 3” seem to cover all the wonders that the location offers to the fullest. - IKIES 3 complex consists of 3 waterfront villas located outside Volos town. Facing the sea, the villas impress with the raw concrete walls and columns, yet the spaces are filled with light. The villas are 80-100m2 in size, each split over 2 floors. 2 of the villas hold 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each and the 3rd villa holds 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. ikies 3 complex was primarily planned for hospitality and accommodates 13 guests in total. IKIES 3 invites for a relaxing stay with modern comforts. Starting with modern rain shower bathrooms with Greek amenities, slippers, and bathrobes, the guests can gather in the spacious living room and cook in a fully equipped kitchen. Outdoors, one can plunge into a little private swimming pool and observe the sea from stylish loungers.
