In 1996, Stavros Kasiotis turned a small butcher shop on Lycabettus Street, in the center of Athens, into a classic atmospheric whisky bar. 20 years passed, full of whisky and conversations at the bar, against a musical backdrop of jazz, blues, and rock n roll. Low Profile (or Low, as friends like to call it), moved down to Syntagma, on Voulis Street, in 2014, and slipped into the Bolani Arcade.
