Pala was launched in 2017 through our own need and desire to have an interesting, original and easy dietary alternative that is tasty, healthy and affordable. Being lovers of great food ourselves, we created the outlets that can offer what we as a team appreciate as clients: excellent quality, exceptional service, consistency and reliability. At Pala we only use carefully selected raw materials and carry out all production stages ourselves. We prepare a range of products on a daily basis that cover all dietary needs from breakfast to dinner: a diverse variety of hot and cold dishes, vibrant healthy salads, a wide selection of snacks and pastry as well as our flagship product: our authentic roman pizza and various fresh sandwiches. Our special recipe dough consists of three types of flour and ferments up to 48 hours resulting in an extremely light, easily digestible and superb tasting end product.
