40 YEARS OF UNNEGOTIABLE QUALITY Our story... The piroski for the Pontians was a basic ritual delicacy in every family celebration. The original piroski recipe came with our grandmother, Parthenopi Amanatidou who traveled from Trebizond to Polis from where it finally arrived in Greece in 1922, after the persecution .Following in her footsteps, our parents, Spyros & Vasiliki Mani, continued the family brewery. Our parents not only kept the name of the family business, but also its character stubbornly indestructible, even though the times had begun to favor easy solutions, ready-made frozen products that promised more profit with "slightly" lower quality.We also share this family tradition, with respect for our customers and the same stubbornness for the non-negotiable quality of our products as our main driving force, and we make sure to keep our grandmother's Traditional Pontiac Piroski recipe unchanged.It would be an honor for you to visit us, Friendly, Haris & George Manis
