Proxeneio, one of the oldest restaurants in Greece: An Inn in an Arcade from 1890 with a resting place for the wheelbarrows and their horses was built in the center of Piraeus Harbor. Travelers could rest, eat and sleep to recover from their long journey. 1900-1970: The Arcade becomes a famous Pireus Shopping Center in the 20th century with a small restaurant and lots of small shops like a Parfume Maker, a Foodmarket, a Tailor etc. Today: We resorated the building an run a Rewarded Restaurant where you enjoy special GREEK Premium food. From slightly smoked TOMAHAWK to CRETAN Salad with cherry tomatoes or small MEZE PLATES like Pan Bread with your Raki.
