A memorable sunset yoga trip starts at the Acropolis museum. We provide transportation, food, drinks, mats. On a beautiful beach we practice and meditate Natasha was born in Thessaloniki. She was lucky to apprentice near great teachers such as: P.S. Walden, J. Cope, D. Kalandikar Co-founder of Body and Mind and Healing Yoga taught Hatha Yoga, Deep Stretching Zen Exercises for students of all ages and nationalities. Her teaching is about the accuracy in the correct posture of the spine column, the empowerment of "Hara" (Physical body center) and the flow of the movement in inhalation and exhalation (chest cavity).
