Elia Estia consists of four Studios, each 40-50 m². Owing to its location, one has a panoramic view of the harbor and the lighthouse from the harbor facing rooms, while the rest of the rooms face the streets of the old town and the White Mountain range. The apartments consist of a bedroom and a sitting room with a sofa which unfolds and becomes a bed, so that they can accommodate up to 4 people. All the apartments have a fully-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a safe vault, an espresso coffee maker, hair dryer, satellite TV as well as a Wi-Fi connection. The construction and architecture of all the buildings at Kastelli is such that access to Elia Estia (being on top of other buildings) is through Lithinon street and there is no elevator.
