Geraniotis Hotel & Resort is located on 30 acres of land, along the sandy beach of Platanias. The hotel is famous for its family environment and its warm friendly service, its high-quality traditional cuisine, the flourishing gardens, and the magnificent view over the Cretan Sea. The hotel consists of 81 hotel rooms and 65 fully equipped apartments scattered around the stunning greenery. Our beach has been awarded The Blue Flag, which stands for a clean sea and a safe beach. The beach close to the hotel is also an important breeding place for the sea turtles Caretta-Caretta. We offer 2 large pools for adults, 3 separate children's pools, and a playground. The hotel services guests with two intimate restaurants, the main one, and the Cretan one "OUZAKI". The former allows guests to enjoy all of their main meals of the day, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The latter is a Cretan concept restaurant with a cozy greek atmosphere, and small plates to share inspired by Cretan flavors. Our pool bar is the best place to be for a break from the swimming dives and the long hour of sun exposure. There are plenty of refreshing beverages, fresh homemade pizza cooked and served at a show cooking and many small meals that allow guests to recharge their batteries and relax to the fullest. Geraniotis Hotel and Resort is located in Platanias, a village filled with attractions, restaurants, and local shops to explore, only 25 minutes from the Chania city center.
