The OPA story it all began here in the village of Stalos on land that belonged to our family. In 1988 Nektarios and Kiki Mpemplidaki Opened one of the first bars and apartments in the area.Their daughters, Katerina and Niki,followind in their family’s footsteps,were raised to know the importance of ‘philoxenia’a greek word which means love for our guests. At OPA restaurant we want you to taste the excellence of our foods and drinks. We support local producers and delicious quality local products. ‘OPA’ is a frequently used greek expression used during celebration and traditional dancing, usually accompanied by plate smashing. OPA is a celebration,it is tradition,it is family, it is love ,it is good food and fun !
