About

Following the age-old traditions of the Cretan village cuisine, we take pride in our flavourful meat dishes prepared in a variety of ways. "Στα καρβουνα", meaning "on the coal", refers to a traditional way of roasting meat to perfection using charcoal filled Greek ovens. All our ingredients are carefully selected and freshly prepared with locally produce, including the vegetables from our garden!
