Founded in 2022,Da LuiGi is an authentic Napoletana Pizzeria dedicated to people that loves pizza. Under the guidance of Italian maestro pizzaiolo Marco Zenaboni (La Bella Napoli & La Ricotta,Athens),the two friends Lui & Giorgio (LuiGi) with a long experience on Ios island (Click Cocktail Bar,Frozen Click & Dodoni)create Da Luigi. All the ingredients comes straight from Italy,using the best quality flour,San Marzano tomatoes,Parma ham & buffalo mozzarella from Salerno. Each Napoletano pizza is unique, as the pizza is hand stretched and cooked in an Italian brick oven at a high temperature (450 degrees) for 90 seconds. This creates a pizza with soft cornicione (outer crust) that will bubble up and be charred in spots.
