Appartamenti Angelika We are located at Karavostasi, Perdika of the Municipality of Thesprotia. A place that combines perfectly mountain and sea, green and blue. Quiet and friendly environment that guarantees a pleasant accommodation to our newly build apartments. The Entire Complex The entire complex consists of five apartments. One 40 sqm apartment at the first floor and four 35 sqm studios each, at ground floor. All of the apartments is at your exclusive use. At the ground floor, you can find a space with two washing machines and an outdoor kitchen with full cooking facilities, a traditional build oven, BBQ, electric oven, fridge, sink. Our property of 3 acres is surrounded with trees, plants and flowers of all kinds, like orange trees, olive trees, lemon trees etc. There is also a garden with organic seasonal vegetables which you can cut and eat for free, fresh and directly from mother earth. The 1st Floor Apartment: The apartment has an area of 40 sqm. It is comfortable, clean and private with one main bathroom, one kitchen with full cooking facilities, internet access, one bedroom with two beds, an office corner, one living room with 2 sofa beds, fireplace, safe, air condition, TV, cable TV, and two big veranda's, one facing the sea and the other facing the mountain above. We provide clean and fresh bed linens and towels. The first floor apartment costs 70 Euros per night, 450 Euros per week and 1800 Euros per month. The 4 Studios The studios have one standard double bed and one double sofa bed. Each can accommodate up to four people. They have one bathroom, kitchen, one dining table with four chairs, air condition, safe, TV, cable TV. We provide clean and fresh bed linens and towels. The price for the each of the studios is 50 Euros per night. The area In the villages of PERDIKA 5 km away, SIVOTA 15 km away and PARGA 17 km away you can find supermarkets, groceries, drugstore, bakeries, doctor's office, bank, taverns and restaurants, cafes and bars. In Karavostasi and the near beaches you can find summer sport activities like windsurfing, kite-surfing, jet skiing, scuba diving etc. Beach 'Karavostasi' is 300m away from the apartment.
