ue Hills complex is a family business, completed in 2021. It consists of six villas, divided into three independent buildings.Three of these villas have four bedrooms, one Master Bedroom, with eight beds. The other three villas have three bedrooms, one Master Bedroom, with six beds.Every villa has three bathrooms and a fully equipped, separate, and comfortable kitchen with an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and all the necessary tableware. Each villa has a comfortable, beautiful living room with two large sofas and a private, spacious terrace overlooking the sea and the gardens. In the garden, all the villas have a private swimming pool of 30 sq.m. each, with a Jacuzzi and children's pool, while two of the villas own a private swimming pool of 60 sq.m., without a Jacuzzi or children’s pool. Every villa consists of three levels, connected via an interior staircase, while bedrooms and bathrooms are located on each floor.
