The Name: According to ancient greek mythology, Kymo (meaning wave) was a nereid, a supernatural creature of the sea, one of the 50 beautiful daughters of Nereus and Doris who often accompanied Poseidon. Kymo had the power to control the waves. The Location: The boutique is located in the heart of old town of Heraklion, inside a building of venetian architecture, called the Fondaco (or Fontigo), constructed during the 16th century in order to house the state granary. Furthermore, Fondaco was built above the ancient Arabian walls, part of which is still visible. The Brands: The store is dedicated to greek designers. Here you can find clothes, handbags, sandals, jewelry and other fashion accessories of high quality, all made in Greece.
