Passionate and enthousiaste about wine & gastronomy and willing to transmit my passion to other people I'm owning Mesarmi tasting Crete a tasting room ideal for wine,olive oil & cheese.I am coming from the mainland of Crete which has the great advantage to be in the heart of the agricultural production.I finished my studies of Food Science in the Agricultural university of Athens and then Enology in the University of Bordeaux. My thirst for new experiences led me to work as Enologist-Agricultural engineer in Kefalonia/Santorini, then in Oregon, followed by an experience as sommelier in Scotland.
