Our Museum opened its doors on 1-7-2021 and currently includes 232 very rare exhibits, 32 of which are unique in the world! Our facilities feature 53 display cabinets with showcases and special lighting with additional numbering per exhibit and written explanations both in Greek and in English! **VERY SPECIAL EXHIBITS** e.g., handwritten book of recipes, photos, raw materials **FACILITIES** In our facilities you will also find: promotional chef hats / T-shirts / aprons / book replicas / jockeys / children's aprons/ sweets made with pre-war recipes, and many more! **INTERACTIVE TOUR by a confectioner** You will have the opportunity to see how they used to make brine for the ice cream, how they used to make ice cream with ice in the hand-operated sorbet maker, and many more! **SEMINARS AND EVENTS** You will have the opportunity to participate in seminars, which are planned to take place in the near future, on sweets and baked goods that are included in recipe books of 1892 onwards.
