In 1976, the traditional tavern “The Skalomata” was founded by Vasilis Kefalogianis. The course was continued from his sons Giannis and Babis always faithful to the traditional Cretan cuisine. They worked with great effort and care to ensure exceptional delightful and excellent results. We, the next generation Kefalogiannis, are continuing this great heritage while respecting tradition in our dishes. At the same time, we retain the sense of genuine, tasty, Cretan, homemade food while supporting the products of our country. We use exclusive Cretan products.
