Inside the castle of Ioannina, near Pasa Kalou's residence and a couple of steps from the lake, our home, built in 1880, it was a base for the explorations of our childhood and a nest to return to rest and regain our strength. We hope it becomes a base & nest for our visitors too, now that it is turned into a guest house with love and zest. Seven bright and elegant rooms, each one with a distinctive character and boast a long list of modern comforts & amenities (including wifi, flat TV, ecologic linen and care products), sited on two buildings that are connected with an inner yard from which one can go to the lobby and enjoy his breakfast and Epirotic hospitality. All this in the traditional castle settlement of Ioannina, in a short distance from lake Pamvotis and the small vessels that get you to the lake island, next to the Its Kale citadel, the Byzantine museum and the silversmithing museum, less than 10 minutes on foot from the closest restaurants, cafee and the city market.
