The Stella-Meri studios / Apartments to Let is a family run tourism business, ralatively new. It began operating in 2010 under the license of the Greek National Tourism Organization. The Studios are located in Agios Ioannis, on the outskirts of New Skioni (1,800 m from the village), in the Kassandra peninsula of Halkidiki. It is 105 km away from Thessaloniki and about 75 minutes by car. Our facilities are 30 m away from the coastline. The main building is surrounded by 1800sqm lawn yard, full of flowers and is safe for children. Unfortunately pets are not allowed. Our position at the far end of Kassandra gives the opportunity to all guests to reach by car, within 5-15 minutes driving several beaches with crystal clear waters, either free and quiet or organized beach bars. From the balconies of the studio, visitors can enjoy the breathtaking views of the Thermaikos Gulf, North Aegean Sea and the sunset. Very close, 120m from our studios, our customers will be able to visit a free beach with very clear water.
