SUNNY VILLAS & SPA provides you with spacious, luxurious and relaxing Villas from where you can either lounge in your private pool, saunter visiting the golden beaches of the region or rove in a romantic cruise in the crystal-clear waters of the Toroneos bay. Ride horses through the lush forests or tear the dirt roads on an ATV, visit the local vibrant music scenes or stroll through alleys exploring centuries old villages. Our complex of 11 brand new luxurious villas sits on top of a hill overlooking the bay of Toroneos and are fully equipped to cover every need you have in order to relax and rest during your vacations. Every one of the villas is decorated and furnished in a totally unique and contemporary way and they vary in size and room capacity so they can attain to the needs of couples and whole families but they all have the same high standards of accommodation and luxury. Our team of architects and mechanics designed and built these eight private palaces having in mind the values of relaxation, hospitality and safety. Each villa comes with a spacious swimming pool and jacuzzi were you can relax with your family in a private and controlled environment while you gaze at the spectacular view of the village of Hanioti and the bay of Toroneos while the peninsula of Sithonia and the holy mountain of Athos on the background fills your horizon. Two of our villas have also indoors jacuzzi and there is also our spa villa which is equipped with a fully operational sauna. In our resort you will also find a small gym to make sure you stay fit during your vacations a Spa with an indoor salt water heated swimming pool and a sauna. Our spa offers many different beauty programs. There is highly trained staff by your side taking care of every detail and need you might have. Sea View Villa (2 bedrooms villas - 6 Units) - 85sqm. With one master bedroom with a double bed plus a loft bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom offers a unique shower room with hydro-jets and a rain shower head. It can accommodate up to 5 persons, including the living room couch. Grande Sea View Villa (3 bedrooms villa) - Is the largest one and it is 110sqm. It has 2 master bedrooms, one on the ground floor with en suite bathroom with a whirlpool bath tub, and one at the first floor with a shared bathroom with the loft bedroom. It can accommodate up to 6 people plus one extra if someone wish to sleep at the living room couch. Spa Sea View Villa - is also 85sqm. It is our SPA Villa and that's because at the loft it has a personal sauna and a jacuzzi for 2 persons. One master bedroom while it can accommodate 2 more persons at the living room couch which can open and become a double bed. All villas offer a full size and fully equipped kitchen with toaster, coffee maker, microwave, oven, dish washer etc. Every room is equipped with AC, Heat and cool, and flat screen tv's 32" for the bed rooms and 40" for the living rooms. All Villas have a WC on the ground floor featuring a washing machine. In the price is included every day house keeping, fresh towels, toiletries and every second day fresh linen. It also includes free WIFI, free parking and free use of the indoor salt water thalassotherapy swimming pool sauna and gym (must make appointment at the reception desk). Upon arrival you will find a welcome basket with a bottle of wine and seasonal fruits. We offer to our guests many services upon request such as weddings, baby siting, private trainer, beauty treatments such as manicure pedicure massage etc, transfer from and to the airport, shopping with a private car, groceries delivery, food delivery, BBQ, boat cruises, fishing, scuba diving, culinary trips and a lot more so they can take full advantage of what our beautiful area has to offer and create truly unforgettable memories.
