In 1983, a quite innovative family, turned their house into restaurant. They named it Trizoni and it would never have existed if it weren’t for their various passions: passion for spear fishing, for collecting herbs, for the quality of row materials, for growing trees to match the harmony of the stone yard, for discovering new recipes, for fine wines, for excellent music. They didn’t follow a business plan, they just wanted customers to have a good time. All these spontaneous elements, and the deep expertize through 4 decades, completes the outline of one of the most famous fish restaurants in Greece.
