Dionysos restaurant was the first in Barbati, run by the owners' grandfather and offering only stakes and sardines.Thirty years after and having changed 3 different owners comes back in family hands. We use our family recipes for the traditional dishes and our fantasy and culinary experience for our creations. Far from the industrialization of food and tastes we support the local production of meat,vegetables and delicacies. Healthy and first quality materials take place on our dishes,accompanied by a selected glass of wine from our cellar.
