Corfu! The island I chose to live and create. A blessed place, crossroad of deferent cultures and influences left as heritage from the people that she welcomed and hosted through history, her conquerors and the ones who were conquered and charmed by her beauty. Signs are evident everywhere, in the nature, architecture, peoples speech, local customs and off course in the culinary habits. In receipts that imprint the tasty path through centuries and connect all those memories. My time goes by around my restaurant and the joy to (cater for my guests) offer hospitality and cook. My menu is orchestrated by the rhythm of seasonality, inspired by the produce of the main land, the treasures of the Ionian sea, the beauty of the people, the hard work of my team and the effort that our producers put to deliver the best possible result each and every time. I put my cooking knowledge and a lot of meraki, my secret ingredient! My ambition through my menu is to make you taste those corfiot treasure
